The colors are beautiful and it lays flat with no wrinkles. However, I would describe it as a "floor cloth." It is printed on a textured canvas (as stated in the details) and more closely resembles a floor cloth than a rug or carpet, as also mentioned in the description. It complements my dollhouse perfectly, and I will keep it for until/if I ever find a "plush" Aubusson carpet rug in similar colors. The price is reasonable compared to many others I saw, and several little gifts were included, which are nice.
